Research And Implementation Of Intelligent Report Analysis System In Financial Analysis System

With the rapid development of economy, more and more corporations need to make important decisions on market competition and organization reconstruction. How to make effective decisions for improving the development of corporations become increasingly important. Therefore, business intelligence came into the view of corporations'decision makers. Business intelligence system can offer various analysis reports for decision makers of corporations. The focus of Business intelligence system design is how to generate appropriate analysis reports from the raw data according to specific characteristics of analyzed objects, and to assist decision-making effectively.This article refers to a large number of domestic and foreign literatures. According to the features of financial data analysis, the functional requirements of business intelligence system for financial data analysis are summarized, and a set of methods and design principles for intelligent financial analysis report generation are proposed. The main functions of the system includes data-extraction, report generation and report presentation, and are implemented on J2EE. A shared-database is designed to conduct data-extraction and data conversion, thus effectively support integration of data from multi sources. ETL technology is used to ensure effective solution of the inconsistencies problems of data type and data attributes, and to avoid errors and mistakes incurred in manual data input and modification. The XML data exchange solution is used to build a bridge between data layer and application layer and make the flexible data exchange possible. This system get rid of the usual way of generating analysis reports by programming or quasi-programming methods. Instead, it allows users just interactively select some features of the report and need not to do most of the tedious work of specifying details of a report, so it can generate analysis reports very quickly, and can effectively avoid the unnecessary repetitious queries which were brought by manual input, reporting and other operations when gathering and analyzing reports for corporation before. The system allow users to choose analysis methods and analysis KPIs on their demand, and present the analysis result in diversified forms, thus allow users to get very customizable financial analysis reports, so provide strong supports in many ways for corporations'decision-making. This paper has made endeavour to change the general-purpose but overstaffed and not-easy-to-use trend in analysis report systems in recent years, and designed a specific-purpose and light-weight financial analysis report software especially for small and medium-sized corporations. Because this software abandoned data warehouse and filtered some unnecessary functions, it is possible for small and medium-sized corporations to get high quality financial report system at a lower cost, thus has strong practical value.
