Project management on project management for the target system through a temporary flexible organization dedicated,high-efficiency of project planning, organization, direction and control to achieve the dynamic process and project management and project objectives comprehensive coordination and optimization. The so-called whole process to achieve the dynamic management of the project refers to the project's life cycle, keep the configuration of resources, constantly make scientific, so that the whole process of project is in the best running state and produces the optimal results .To protect the HGST Shenzhen VMI smooth implementation of business integration projects, HGST Shenzhen set up a special group of VMI business integration projects to systematically promote the HGST Shenzhen VMI business integration project. On the one hand, the project team has made the cost and adequacy of the project strategy analysis and assessment of the implementation of the project preparation, implementation of operating rules, the implementation of quality assessment and management plan and risk management and avoidance were well prepared for such . On the other hand, the project manager and project team of the joint efforts, HGST Shenzhen has identified logical relationship between the activities and sequencing, and the estimated duration of activities to prevent the implementation of the project activities, omissions or other changes. We need to further optimize and design HGST-VMI business integration project management systemFor the actual situation of HGST (Shenzhen) VMI integration project and issues existing in current project management, HGST-VMI business integration project in the project management system includes three levels: the project process management system , content management system and implementation of protection mechanism.HGST-VMI business integration project content management system is the core of HGST-VMI business integration projects in the project management system,including project schedule management,project quality management, project organizational management,project risk management,and thus construct comprehensive,scientific,systematic project management model and implementation of security strategies containing the project schedule management,project quality management,project organizational management,project risk management,etc., so as to HGST (Shenzhen)VMI smooth implementation of the integration project to provide a theoretical framework and practical operation of mechanisms.It's helpful for HGST (Shenzhen) integration of project management VMI overall cost of the logistics of long-term savings and effective control, operational efficiency improvement, and operational risk reduction to get the final optimization of VMI business operations in Shenzhen and the overall objectives of the program.
