Enterprises, to survive in competition, because competition arising from intelligence. Competitive intelligence is a modern enterprise in the fierce competition for the victory of a powerful magic weapon, and the development of enterprises play an important role, an increasing number of companies have realized the importance of competitive intelligence, competitive intelligence research was starting to merge to the company's corporate culture. As in all areas of the world competition heats up, intelligence, research has been more and more attention, competitive intelligence research has become the focus of attention from business and academia, people the theory of competitive intelligence research and practice have become increasingly active, but the work of all aspects of competitive intelligence and corporate performance relationship has yet to see the research results reported.Based on the working process of competitive intelligence and corporate performance in all aspects of the relationship between research, obtained the following results:First, the construction method for measuring the level of competitive intelligence and corporate performance evaluation index system. In this paper, based on the literature, produced its own empirical investigation of the scale, including intelligence-gathering methods to determine indicators and corporate performance indicators to determine both. Way of seven major intelligence collection means, a total of 62 indicators, a total of eight indicators of business performance.Secondly, through canonical correlation analysis, from an empirical perspective, demonstrates that "way to gather competitive intelligence and corporate performance" relationship exists between, and identified the main factors affecting business performance: staff ways and means of mass media, indicating the mass media, interpersonal intelligence and corporate performance in the important contribution of the degree, the results in good agreement with reality.Third, qualitative analysis of the working process of competitive intelligence and business performance of other links in the relationship. In building an all-encompassing, the new corporate flow chart based on competitive intelligence, competitive intelligence separately from the planning, competitive intelligence processing and dissemination of competitive intelligence, competitive intelligence application areas and the relationship between corporate performance carried out theoretical research.Fourth, a number of recommendations guiding competitive intelligence work. In view of our Competitive Intelligence and the backward state of the great enterprise competitive intelligence, this article described from six aspects of competitive intelligence work to improve the level of countermeasures to promote the development of enterprise competitive intelligence, sound and rapid increase enterprise performance.
