The domestic home appliance market has become an international competition market. To get the continuous competitive advantage and cultivate core competence, enterprises realize the importance of performance management and hope to manage their personnel and organization of all levels effectively through a set of perfect performance management system that can ensure successfully realization of the enterprise strategy. Beginning with the basic theories of performance management and combining with the real status of Electrolux Company, this thesis analyzes the current situation of performance management of this company, and puts forward the improvement scheme.This thesis is composed of four parts. Charter one studies the relative theory of performance management, outlines the BSC and KPI theories, and discusses their application in the internal enterprises. All these lay the theoretical foundation for the design of performance management system behind. Charter two introduces the basic situation of Electrolux Company, discusses the situation of performance management and analyzes the existing problems. Charter three discusses the improvement design of the performance management system. According to the sequence of performance preparation---performance plan---performance implementation and monitoring--- performance evaluation---application of the results of the performance evaluation, it builds the new performance management system. Charter four analyzes in detail the possible obstacles for implementing the new performance management system and provides the corresponding measures to ensure the implementation of the new system.According to the actual situation of Electrolux Company, this thesis has built a practical performance management system with the application of scientific method. The performance management system will strengthen the human resources management and improve the organization performance of Electrolux Company.
