Existence Of A New Socialist Rural Construction And Countermeasures

The construction of socialist new countryside is a new goal which has proposed under the background of new era by the central committee, it is new requirements of China's economic and social development in at the new stage. Long-term since, the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers are the key problems decided the process of building a well-off society in China, it is also the global and fundamental problems which relate to the development of the party and people's career. In this process, the rural economy, politics, culture, society and ecology and internal system parties appeared some problems. Correcting analysis the problems existed in our country's rural social, how to eliminate or reduce these problems in the current conditions is the urgent problem to be solved in the construction of socialist new countryside.This paper focuses on new socialist rural and perspectives the present new rural construction problems, which is divided into four sections.
