With the arrival of industry 4.0 era, the competition of manufacturing industry is unprecedented and unrepeatable. At present, Mercedes-Benz, Bosch, BMW and other companies are testing the water industry 4, which put forward higher technology and intelligence requirements for the automotive industry. Auto parts enterprises as a pillar of the automotive industry sustained and healthy development, the top priority is to adapt to the market personalized, diversified demand, and constantly use advanced management methods and means to improve product quality, improve the work flow, reduce manufacturing and management costs. Lean Six Sigma is the innovative management model that can meet the above requirements, it is a scientific, systematic quality management tools, and through the DMAIC method for continuous improvement, at the same time, it can eliminate the root causes of defects fundamentally, in order to meet customer needs, save costs, improve the quality and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises purposes.This paper summarizes the characteristics of lean production and Six Sigma theory, The first will be integrate organic of the two systems in culture idea, the improvement method, business process and management mode of the four level, and build Lean Six Sigma management theory models. Secondly, summing up the main problems of the domestic spare parts manufacturers, combining the implementation of the TS16949 quality management system and Lean Six Sigma management, further elaborated the necessity of auto parts enterprises to implement Lean Six Sigma, and this management theory in Enterprises feasibility. Once again, taking Dongfeng Auto Parts automotive glass run channel seal production lines for example, using Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology to identify the key factors to identify key process variables and input variables affect the output variables, and its improvement and control, find the best set of key parameters by experimental design. Finally, through ESCRI eliminating waste, adjusting stations, consolidation stations and other measures to improve the production line balance rate; DOE optimization glass run channel seal parameters to reduce product scrap rate; improve the layout, shorten changeover time, single-piece-flow production model to improve production effectiveness.Lean Six Sigma management system base on analyzing the data, utilizating the manner of top-down, brings together the advantages of Lean and Six Sigma. According to the reality of auto parts manufacturing production operations, developing strategies to improve the implementation of Lean Six Sigma management, providing a lower cost, eliminate waste, improve quality and improve processes and analysis of the theoretical basis of effective methods to enhance corporate their competitiveness.
