Supply Chain Strategic Alliance Performance Evaluation

With the fast development of the integrity of global economy,the further elaboration and deepen of the international specialization,the improvement of science and technology,the impress of the global competition as well as the change of the market from the amount of demand to the customized demand, which make the enterprises faced the more uncertainty, at the same time the operation mode which depends on the enterprise itself is already out of date. Under such condition, the way of how to make use of the resource by the enterprise itself to adapt to the change of the market for living and further development is becoming the problem which make the company have to face and decide. Supply chain strategic alliance which based on the supply chain alliance in search of the organization mode centered by the advantage of integrity and complement of the resource and meet the needs of the market which provide a new way to take part of the market competition and promote the enterprises'development. Nevertheless, the building of the supply chain consumes large labor and resource and the achievement evaluation whose research is not deep and broad is the key to success, so how to evaluate the supply chain strategic partnership is the problem to be solved.This thesis based on the theory of the supply chain and the supply chain management which elaborates the basic theory of the supply chain strategic alliance comprehensive achievement evaluation based on which, according to the theory of BSC, perfect the modern achievement evaluation index system, which embrace the environmental management element and make the supply chain strategic alliance more true and effective.Firstly ,thesis elaborates the theory of the supply chain and the supply chain achievement evaluation,and fix the main process. Secondly, based on the supply chain management ,it clearly put forward the reason,essential requirement,and the key to success as well as the influence of the supply chain strategic alliance to the achievement evaluation .Thirdly, the thesis elaborates the rules,function,nature and the building of the index of the evaluation system elements for the supply chain strategic alliance achievement evaluation, based on which, it summarizes the process and put it into force. Fourthly, based on the analysis toward the fundamental theory of supply chain strategic alliance, the theory set the specific index of comprehensive achievement evaluation which could be quantized one by one, at the same time, it also introduce the way of how to confirm the index's weight in the course of achievement evaluation of supply chain strategic alliance, which could be studied and proved by the way of G₁ .
