Research On The Supply Chain Management Optimization Of The Domain Appliance Retail Chain Enterprise

In recent years, retail chain enterprises of home appliance have fully entered the era of meager profit because of the excess capacity of home appliance and the years of price war. The accelerated process of urbanization releases the spending power in rural areas, at the same time, the development of E-commerce continuously increases the scale of online shopping changing the pattern of the entire sales network of appliance. So the development model of the interaction of online and offline is the trend of transformation and upgrade of Chinese retail chain enterprises of home appliance. In order to support the integration of online and offline, domain retail chain enterprises of home appliance must optimize the supply chain management. Based on the theory of supply chain management, and combining with the competitive environment of the domain home appliance retail chain enterprises, this paper carefully analyzes the deficiencies of supply chain management of the enterprises and provides the solutions. Firstly, the enterprises should establish supply chain strategic alliance partners with suppliers, E-business and the third-party logistics through the model of choose supply chain strategic alliance partners; Secondly, the enterprises can study the logistics system planning through the system theory, regarding it as a dynamic network system, the enterprises should analyze the set of home appliances store locations, the location of distribution centers and the optimization of the vehicle scheduling, in order to minimize the cost of the formed logistics network and optimize the logistics and distribution system. Finally, in order to reduce logistics costs, and improve the efficiency of home appliances distribution, the enterprises can use the GIS information technology to improve the supply chain logistics information system, and dynamically integrate the spatial data and logistics data from the source through the database integration management mode, then the retail chain enterprises of home appliance can realize the build and improvement of its supply chain information system.
