Tibet regional economic development has very special areas attribute.Therefor,it is necessary for Tibet to chose a new economic development road of China character reflecting Tibet regional characteristics from then on .This becomes the focus of the national people's attention.This paper mainly by foreign regional economic development theories and domestic regional economic development theories to analyse Tibet regional economic development advantages and disadvantages of conditions . The foreign theories are from of David Picardian static comparative advantage theory,three generations of ping drives the dynamic theory of comparative advantage,Francois·peja guru (F.P erroux), the growth pole theory,,regional rostow was dominant industry theory,regional economic growth convergence hypothesis. domestic theories are from of chinese scholars LiuDaDao puts forward the points - shaft gradual diffusion theory,Tibet regional economic development "" type of layout structure and economic key development theory,Chinese minority region characteristic economy development theory,LiuYong Ji and so on about the" Chinese minority economic development theme "theory of regional economic development theory.It is to analyse Tibet regional economic development advantages and disadvantages of conditions by comparative analysis, the empirical analysis and quantitative analysis, general and special combining analysis.and put forward by Tibetan regional economy development path selection,namely in national policies full support and maintain regional economic development environment stable premise, choose a career development by base for the forerunner, the characteristic industrial development as the power, the circular economy development to support new economic development road..This paper includes mainly of three aspects:Tibetan regional economic development condition analysis,Tibet regional economic development advantages and disadvantages of analysis,Tibet regional economic development path choice of three aspects .
