Primary Exploration On The Export-oriented Economy Of Kashgar Against Leap-forward Developing Background

Xinjiang Kashgar,surrounded with the most neighboring countries,is the key area of China Western Development Strategy。It consists of more minority community,and is the area of poor economy and weak industry in Xinjiang. Only by enriching their families as soon as possible, carrying out the opening development strategy, and developing foreign-oriented economy, can they better consolidate frontier, safeguard the unity of the mother land and social stability.Therefore,accelerating the development of export-oriented economy region is not only an economic problem, but a significant political problem. The establishment of the great-leap-forward development strategy in Xinjiang,and the special economic zones in Kashgar,with the counterpart aiding work,all provides a strategic opportunity once in a blue moon for developing export-oriented economy in Kashgar.This topic is based on above backgrounds. The text is composed of six parts: first, the introduction: overviewing the research backgrounds,relevant literature,research ideas and methods and innovative points. Second, the present condition analysis of export-oriented economy development in Kashgar: the main development present situation, the basic characteristics, export-oriented economic development level, the driving effects, contribution and evaluation of the facing problems. Third:researching economic situation and the market demand for a comparative analysis of Kashgar and its neighboring countries. Fourth:the development of export-oriented economy SWOT. Fifth : export-oriented economic development model Kashgar research.This chapter proposes the export-oriented economy development pattern, and the rationality of the model is analyzed. The sixth chapter is kashi export-oriented economic development policy Suggestions.This paper, guided by the export-oriented economic development theory, analyses the development of export-oriented economy in Kashgar,its contribution to total economy, and points out that the factors affecting the favorable factors and barriers. Through analyzing the relevant domestic areas export-oriented economic development mode, the comparative studies of kashgar was put forward for. Finally, around the region the overall target of export-oriented economy development, this paper provides the relative policy and development measures.
