H To Farmhouse Tourism Industry With The Development Of Risk Management

With the rapid development of Chinese economy and rise of people's living standards, "Farm Fun" tourism projects around the country are booming, the existing practice shows that developing the "Farm Fun" project has brought us great risks as well as opportunities. According to my years of work experience in tourism field to H in the tourism, taking the "Farm Fun" tourism project of H as an example, I wrote this thesis to study the risks of developing the "Farm Fun" project.After reviewing the literature about risk management both in China and abroad, this thesis gives a brief introduction on the basic situation of the "Farm Fun" tourism project in H. Then, using the "Delphi Method" to identify the risks of this project, which includes six categories: design risk, financial risk, personnel risk, schedule risk, market risk and other risk. After that, it has assessed the overall risk of the project with the comprehensive evaluation method. At last, some issues were discussed according to the risk management of developing the "Farm Fun" project in H, and some suggestions are provided.
