Research On Risk Management Of HD Tourism Scenic Area Development Project

In recent years,China's rapid economic development,people's living standards have also improved,so people are also pursuing spiritual enjoyment beyond material life.At the same time,the trend of people driving to travel or riding bicycles is becoming more and more common.Leisure tourism vacation is just a way of people's leisure tourism.Therefore,under the background of tourism demand,some construction units begin to construct and develop leisure tourism destinations.This type of construction project is indeed a rare opportunity for the construction side to develop,but there are many aspects in its development,construction and management.In view of some unknown risks,this paper takes HD scenic spot development project as an example to analyze some risks existing in its development and construction process,and puts forward some optimization strategies.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,this paper analyses the related concepts of project risk management and tourism projects,the objectives,contents and significance of risk management of tourism development projects,and introduces relevant theories to lay the theoretical foundation of this paper.(2)Analyzing the case of risk management of tourism development project in HD scenic spot,identifying the project risk from the aspects of policy and social risk,economic market risk,management risk and natural environment risk,then constructing the evaluation index system,using analytic hierarchy process tothe weight of each index,and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The price method,combined with the weight of analytic hierarchy process,evaluates and discusses the risks of HD scenic spot development projects.Finally,it is concluded that the risks of policy and society are relatively small,while the risks of natural environment are very small.Therefore,we should focus on avoiding the risks of economic market and management.(3)At the end of this paper,the risk coping strategies are put forward from four aspects: policy and social risk,economic market risk,management risk and natural environment risk.The research in this paper has a certain role in enriching the relevant theoretical knowledge of risk management of tourism scenic spot development projects,and has a certain guiding significance for risk management of HD tourism scenic spot development projects,and also has a certain reference significance for other types of tourism scenic spot development projects.
