The government actively promoting agricultural industrialization strategy for agricultural enterprises, this is a rare opportunity of development. However, yunnan agriculture enterprise can seize the opportunity, the key lies in whether the enterprise according to their abilities, rational choice competition strategy.This research on enterprise ability to learn and enterprise marketing ability, and the learning ability of enterprise and market to develop ability as a variable, discusses the effect of two variables, how to choose the enterprise competition strategy. At the same time, this research chose four large yunnan agriculture leading enterprise, through the deep interview and questionnaire, the way of learning ability, market development and competition strategy is studied. Through the case study primarily validated the following four assumptions of possibilities:hypothesis 1, high learning ability and low market development ability, using low cost strategy. hypothesis 2, high learning ability and high market development ability, using the differentiation strategy. hypothesis 3, low learning ability and high market development ability, using Centralization strategy. hypothesis 4, low learning ability and low market development ability, using Non-market strategy. Finally, for existing problems in learning ability and market develop ability of yunnan agriculture enterprise, this study has given some improving suggestions.
