Urban Land Intensive Use Of The Comprehensive Evaluation

Although China's industrialization and urbanization have changed rapidly with the development of economics, the contradiction between land demand and supply was increasing. Under this sharp background, intensify the utilization of land resources has significant importance. It was not only helpful to construct our harmonious society, but also useful to keep the sustainable development of our society. Intensive utilization of land resources was the basic way to balance economic development and protection land resources. Therefore, research how to intensify the utilization of land resources was emergency.The study results will give some reference to the related land departments.This thesis mainly researches how to scientific and comprehensive evaluate the intensity utilization of city land resources. After reading and analyzing a large amount related literatures, we reviewed the evaluation methodologies about how to intensify the utilization of city land resources. We choose Kunming as our empirical sample, and then use scientific statistic and GIS technologies to analyze the intensity utilization of the land use in Kunming. Results are as follows:(1) Summarize related literatures of intensive utilization of land resources, and redefining the connotation of intensive utilization of urban land resources;(2) Using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to establish city land use indicator system, and combining GIS technology to compare different land intensive levels between 14 counties in Kunming. The research shows that the level of intensive use of land in all counties of Kunming makes significant differences; the degree of land use in most parts of area can improve a lot. From now on we should strengthen the urban land inputs and the land-use intensity.(3) According to the influence factors, we construct the regression model to firstly find out which factors will truly influence the intensive utilization of land resources, And using GIS technology to understand the 14 state counties cities intensive similarity;(4) Using clustering analysis method to classify the 14 counties from the aspects of society, economy, ecology and comprehensive factors; and we can have a good knowledge of the similarity of the intensive case in the 14 counties by using the GIS technologies, making a further grasp of the regional diversity of the intensive use of urban land in Kunming.(5) After the regression analysis and cluster analysis, we give some concrete measures and suggestions on improving the development of intensive utilization of land resources.
