Study On The Evaluation Of Construction Land Intensive Utilization In Counties

Land is the basic element in human's live and development; it is also an important resource which can't be regenerated. With the rapid process of the rubanization and industrialization in the last years, more and more land is needed. The contradiction between supply and need is sharp more than ever, which becomes the restrictor of social and economical development. At the same time, construction land that has been used is in low level, and the utilization benefit is low. Based on this, urban land intensive use becomes, as a reasonable method of urban land utilization, the inevitable choice in China's urban development. Thus, it is of considerable theoretical and realistic significance to explore the influencing factors and assessing methods in land intensive use.This paper takes Jiaxiang County in Jining City as an example to discuss the evaluation for intensive use of construction land. All of them are based on learning the foundation of domestic and international advanced related theories, research technique and actual inquiry. The main study contents and corresponding results are as follows:1. The background of the paper's topic, the purpose and significance is introduced and the results of land intensive utilization study home and abroad are summarized. As based on the results, the paper analyses affecting factors for intensive use of construction land and also make a research on related concepts and theoretical basis of construction land intensive use. In the end the technical route and the main contents and methods are illustrated.2. The procedure of evaluation of the construction land intensive utilization is introduced with the method of land intensive utilization, the principles of the evaluation index system put forward. After that ,a construction land intensive utilization evaluation index system is established with layers as target layer,indices layer and so on.3. The paper takes the condition of land utilization of jiaxiang county and fifteen villages as an example, establishes the dynamic evaluation modeling system through Principal Component Analysis. Draw a conclusion that, colligate index of intensified constructional land is increasing year by year between 2002 to 2005, and it's proved that built-up land of Jiaxiang county develop with a healthy and intensive tendency. and with the method of Cluster analysis and multifactor overall evaluation analyses the spatial difference of land intensive utilization of the fifteen villages, draw the intensified colligate index of these villages in jiaxiang county, sort them, and divide them into five levels in acoordance with the classification criteria of evaluation. Establishing the model of evaluation through these two methods can get that their results are closen, it can prove that the choosen index and model are reasonable.4. According to the results of the evaluation and combining the actual condition of jiaxiang County, the paper presented the advices of construction intensive use, including the erection of intensive land use ethics, scientifically made and carried on the land use plan, developed the internal potential and improved land management policy.5. At last the thesis analyzes harvest and the shortcoming.
