Research Of The Intensive Use And Its Optimization Mode Of Agricultural Land Under The Recycling Of Agriculture And Animal Husbandry Resources

Because of Land scarcity and non-renewable, human are required to use agricultural landresources economically, intensively and scientifically, while utilizing land resources rationally,so that it will not cause damage to the local ecological environment, while it provides thematerial basis for human beings in normal production and life. It is a necessary guarantee torealize the sustainable development of social economy. As an important agriculturalproduction data, agricultural land is the land used for agricultural production directly. Thechanges of its structure not only directly affect the output of agricultural products quantity; italso will have positive externalities or negative externalities on local ecological environment.As the modern agriculture, ecological agriculture and facility agriculture become more mature,the model research of the tendency in agricultural land structure change and structureoptimizations become more and more important under the recycling of agriculture and animalhusbandry resources.According to the effect from the recycling of agriculture and animal husbandry resourceson the tendency of the agricultural land structure change, this article takes the City of Altay inXinjiang as a study area, analyzes, by field investigation, the use status of agricultural land inthe research area under the recycling of agriculture and animal husbandry resources, based onthe theory of sustainable development, law of diminishing returns of land and ecologicaleconomics theory. The evaluation index system of agricultural land use is constructed basedon the perspective of cycle agriculture. By using SPSS software and molecular analysis, I’llachieve dimension reduction and screening of index, make the score assessment of use statusof the agricultural land in the City of Altay in Xinjiang, proclaim the level of intensive use ofagricultural land between the of the circulation utilization of agriculture and animal husbandryresources, optimal the utilization models and provide the corresponding countermeasures andsuggestions, in order to realize the utilization of agricultural intensification and the farmlandecological,and the sustainable development for local economy and society in the City ofAltay in Xinjiang.The results show that, first, the using of agricultural land in the city of Altay is currentlyin the traditional mode of extensive use and predatory development. Farmland was overusedwithout proper attention to the maintenance of its fertility. There also exist the disorderedgrazing, insufficient investment in science and technology of agricultural production and theexcessive use of fertilizers, which endanger the safety of the local ecological behavior. Second,twelve secondary indicators and32tertiary indexes are selected in order to keep the efficiencyfor the arable land in the City of Altay, garden land, grassland and facilities of agriculturalfarming by building the index system of agricultural land for evaluation, involving the useintensity, input intensity, utilization efficiency and sustainable utilization of the four types ofagricultural land. However, the evaluation results are found out that the level of the intensive use of agricultural land in Altay is not high as a whole. But the trend of overall steadyincreasing can be seen from the changes from2005to2011of intensive utilization. Thus wecan see that the potential for intensive utilization of agricultural land in Altay is still very big.Third, on the basis of the evaluation of the use of agricultural land, I put forward respectivelythe optimization model of agricultural structure with the concept of economic, social andecology, and analyze the changes of different mode of agricultural land. At the same time, theimpacts of changes of the pattern of agricultural land are discussed under the differentoptimization model. Fourth, from the above, the government of the city of Altay must choosethe pattern for agricultural development in order to protect the ecological environment, topromote the recycling of agriculture and animal husbandry resources. It also need to increaseinvestment in science and technology of recycling of agriculture and animal husbandry,introduce advanced management concept and strive to achieve the change from the usepattern in regional agricultural land to ecological security and environmental friendly.
