Research On The Development Zone Cluster Based On Land Intensive Utilization

With the rapid development of our country industrialization，The presentsituation appear many people but little land，needed to relieve contradiction，Andthe development zone is the concentration of industrial production center and thebackbone of the economic development，Most of the region are strongly in buildingdevelopment zone，The construction of the development zone require a part ofarable land，On the other hand，Development zone itself has a lot of problems，forexample，Function orientation is not reasonable and industry structure is the same，So in order to limit the development zone of the blind expansion，ease the contra-diction of the protection of cultivated land and urbanization development，form areasonable industry layout，this is especially important to promote land intensiveutilization of development zone.In this paper the research object is the86development zone in Anhui prov-ince，Since Anhui province established the development zone in1993，All countiesof development zone spring up，this is necessary to research if land utilization ofdevelopment zone is reasonable. This paper first determine Anhui province landintensive utilization weights of development zone through the Delphi method，Thecomprehensive analysis factors calculate land intensive utilization degree of86development zone in Anhui province，Through the cluster analysis method to studythe overall situation，development zone in Anhui province can be divided into fivecategories，The highest degree is the development zone in Hefei and Wuhu，Next isthe urban area development zone，littoral and western of Anhui，the developmentzone in northern of Anhui and established in a relatively short time is the lowest.Then through the qualitative and quantitative analyze influence factors of land in-tensive utilization of the development zone in Anhui province Qualitative analysisinclude policy analysis and geographical location analysis，Quantitative analysisare given the relationship between the intensive degree and economy，the regres-sion analysis between GDP and intensive degree. In the end are given the policysuggestions about development zone in Anhui province.
