China's Sme International Business Model

SMEs are playing an important role in national economy. The internationalization of SMEs is necessary in the globalization era. High-tech SMEs are the providers of new product and new technology, and play an important role in the national economy. In China, High-tech SMEs are dominated in many industries, which technical innovation put a strong impetus to these industries to promote technological progress, upgrade industrial, extend the industry life cycle and accelerate the industrial integration process. However, the internationalization of China's High-tech SMEs is still in the initial stage and there are some problems such as lack of such experience in international operations, inadequate investment in technological innovation and international business model dislocations. High-tech SMEs in China are rapidly growing and actively participating in international competition. If there is one or more suitable models for High-tech SMEs in international business, setbacks will be avoided in the internationalization process.The article is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction. In this part, it analyzes the background and significance, domestic and foreign research results of international business model and research contents and methods of the article.The second part covered the basic concepts and the overview of the theories that support the research. This section defines High-tech SMEs and international business model.The third part is the status quo of the international operations of China's hi-tech SMEs. This part describes and analyzes the status quo, relative policies and domestic and foreign economic environment. And then problems of China High-tech SMEs in international operation are found.The fourth part analyzes successful experiences in international operations of High-tech SMEs s of the United States, Europe and Japan. There are two apocalypses which High-tech SMEs successful experiences in developed countries give to China's. Firstly, policy support system for area should be strengthened and improved. And second is an international business strategy should be diversified, such as the combination of trade and investment, combining large enterprises as strategic joint.The fifth part is how High-tech SMEs in China's select international operation model. First it puts forward for three international operations models fitting China's High-tech SMEs. They are network-based gradual international operation model, collaborative jumping international operation model and mixed international operation model of trade and investment combined patterns.The sixth part is a typical case study.
