Research On The Development Tactic Of The International Competence Of Guilin High-tech Enterprise Under The Frame Of CAFTA

The development of China has entered into the important phase to push the adjustment of economic structure and improve the competitiveness of the country via improving science and technology independent innovation ability. The key to enhance the competitiveness of our country is to enhance Chinese second industry international competitiveness of enterprises,and its key is to improve the international competence. Ultimately,it relies on the support and promoting of a number of high-tech enterprises.Chinese enterprises have experienced the change from planned economy to market economy, and the opportunity brought by the reform and open policy and the risk brought by the finance crisis, short development history of enterprise is very difficult to be internationalization. Many high-tech enterprises drop behind on the management measure and technology update.Guilin high-tech zone with more than10years history of the development is the first national high-tech zone of the5autonomous regions of China, obtain a lot of achievements in driving the adjustment of regional economic structure in Guangxi. CAFTA was constituted in2010,and economy collaboration between China and East Union was strengthened,and many large enterprises entered into Guilin high-tech zone, immitted the new energy to farther development.This paper was outspreaded in the aspect of the form of high-tech enterprises internationalization competence to study and solve the problem that the Guilin high-tech enterprises facing more and more fierce competition in CAFTA would inevitably develop towards internationalization.this paper analysed the research actuality of the domestic high-tech enterprises internationalization,and analysed the cause and qualification of Guilin high-tech enterprises internationalization,discussed the necessary qualification of enterprises internationalization competence and tactic problems of each phase. Guilin high-tech enterprise internationalization competence system under the frame of CAFTA was built, countermeasures and advice to improve Guilin high-tech enterprise internationalization competence were brought forward to help Guilin high-tech enterprise make the internationalization develop programming in the future.The building of high-tech enterprises internationalization competence system should base on the enterprise strategic management,and combine the resource, performance, policy and social network, establish and mend study organization and enterprise culture of internationalization working. Enterprise internationalization was regarded as one of emphases in the important research field in nearly30years. The innovation of this paper was to study how the Guilin High-tech Zone recured to developing space provided to the border trade by the tariff descend brought by CAFTA,and improve the Guilin High-tech enterprise internationalization competence to afford referrence for the High-tech enterprises with the goal to promote internationalization development.
