Communications industry in recent years of competition is becoming increasingly.Correspondence rate lower.As communications price reduction,Communications enterprises profit margin was further compressed,Reduction of space is not a little less,so that users to communicate the price is lower than the concern of communications companies services. Communications network for xi'an unicom provides a customer's main products and services,network service(such as communications network coverage,quality and technological solutions, and network speed and troubleshooting)of becoming more and more attention,and how to improve the network service and network quality is a very worthy of study.The first to the theory part of the communications industry to review the operation of the theory,organization theory,quality management theory,bpr theory briefly. The next chapter xi'an connected to the corporate network analysis to maintain the status quo and find out the problem,the question is mainly manifested in the following six aspects: To the network user satisfaction,of the organization set unreasonable,the dimensions of the construction of the information incomplete,quality management indicators is not comprehensive,corporate network for the short and maintenance personnel quality are low,etc. Then the problems raised in xi'an united telecommunication corporation of the customer management network for the design,including the design of the customer network maintenance"three central" of organization structure, made towards the business process of restructuring plan to establish a network management information system platforms and to improve the quality of the network management standards,and finally gave out the solution of the implementation of steps. This study to improve the xi'an united telecommunication corporation user satisfaction and improve the living and raise efficiency and competitiveness of more significance.
