| Only providing the single product cannot meet the customer's needs with the economic development and the increasing fierce market competition. And instead of it, what customers want is an integrated solution including products and related services. Therefore enterprises pay more and more attention to maintenance services which is a part of mass customization. Electromechanical product often has to update or modify in the using period because of technology development, the change of customer preference and environmental and so on. The increasing diversity of products with the rapidly development of mass customization bring maintenance services some difficulty in a way. Though"customer need-driven"is becoming the crucial trend and characteristics of the maintenance services for electromechanical products, which represents the customers active participant and the diversity of customer needs for maintenance services, maintenance services that enterprises provide are inefficient and the cost of maintenance services is high. All in all, the maintenance services analyzed in the paper is defined as customer need-driven maintenance services.Therefore, how to build a method satisfying customer need-driven maintenance services to increase efficiency and lower the cost of maintenance services. View of this, the method of customer need-driven maintenance service of electromechanical product and integrated representation model of the configuration knowledge and maintenance knowledge are analyzed in this paper.The basic theory of product configuration, maintenance services and ontology are presented firstly, which consist of the basic concept and modular structure model of product family, the theory of product configuration and reconfiguration, product maintenance service and the ontology technology and so on.Based on the analysis of the customer need-driven maintenance service's characteristics of the electromechanical product, a maintenance services frame model based on reconfiguration and the customer's maintenance demand model is proposed secondly. An acquiring method of customer's maintenance services demand model based on CBR is proposed furthermore.Then, to support the maintenance services frame model, a maintenance process model of electromechanical product based is proposed, and the crucial technologies of the maintenance process model including the evolution of historical configuration model, the acquisition of maintenance demand model and the maintenance services operations are studied. And an example of the large horizontal wind turbine is given to prove the feasibility of the method.Lastly, the electromechanical product maintenance knowledge integrated model based on ontology is proposed. Customer maintenance demand knowledge, product configuration knowledge and maintenance case knowledge in the integrated model are represented by the OWL language of ontology. And then, an example of the large horizontal wind turbine which considers the integrated knowledge represented by the OWL language of ontology. |
