Land Development In Gansu Province Status And Development Direction

As we all know, China is large in population and rare in farmland, land reserve resources are very limited, with the continuing population growth and shrinking arable land, people-farmland contradiction becomes increasingly conspicuous. To alleviate the problem, Chinese people pay more and more attention to the land-based integrated development of land consolidation. Land consolidation as an important means of sustainable land use in recent years, the theory and practice of it have made considerable progress, but with demand for the practice of land consolidation, the theory has been significantly weak, and needs to enrich and improve.In this study, we learn the advanced theories, research methods and actual survey from home and abroad, collecting a variety of information. We research development and Rearrangement on land development in Gansu province, development and consolidation of engineering model and the development direction of land development conducted in-depth research from both theoretical and empirical research.Full-text is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter discusses the background and significance of Gansu Province land development; We know the necessity of land development and consolidation in Gansu Province. Land development and research at home and abroad were reviewed, clarified in this study of innovations. The second chapter clarifies the land consolidation, reclamation and other concepts. And introducing land location theory, ecological and economic theory, coordination theory of man-land relationship, land supply theory on this basis theory of sustainable development. The third Chapter of Gansu Province provides land use problems basing on land use in Gansu province. ChapterⅣon the status of land development in Gansu Province were summarized, and the current development and consolidation of the problems.
