Evaluation Of Land Consolidation Benefits In Chongqing

Because the land use in China is under the pressure of the expansion of population and increase of the economic construction and the average quantity of land per person is less than 44 percent the average quantity of land per person in the world, the available land resource is very lack. Land consolidation is an important way of conciliating the relation of the human being and the land, and is the inevitable request of practice of land use and the sustainable development of society and economy in nowadays. It is important to standardization and guiding the practice of land consolidation to carry out the benefit-evaluation of land consolidation research.Based on analyzing the insufficiency and problems in nowadays discussion about the benefits of land consolidation, according to the especial geographic characteristic of Chongqing and the zonation principia of land consolidation, Chongqing was divided into four land consolidation area to study the land consolidation measure and method. In the study, index system of evaluating comprehensive benefits on land consolidation was created, and the social, economic, zoological and comprehensive benefits of land consolidation are evaluated by using the principal components analytic method and AHP mathematical means. In the paper, the question of land consolidation management and the land consolidation measure were discussed, and to strengthen the land consolidation work and management in southern mountain area was proposed.
