Enhance The Technological Innovation Capability Of Enterprises Knowledge Management

Combine the knowledge management (KM) and corporation technology innovations (CTI), which knowledge economy have become the dominant form of economy, is an innovative stage during the development of Corporation growing. Applied the theoretical and practical experiences of knowledge management to the corporation's technology innovations can be effectively promote the innovation capacity of the enterprise, while the new knowledge, created from these process, return to enriched the theory of knowledge management. Therefore, this paper, based on the perspective of knowledge management, which combine the theory model and the empirical analysis, is mainly focused on the relationship between the knowledge management and technology innovation during the process of technology innovation, by using the theory of knowledge management, system theory, technology innovation theory, and some necessary statistics methods.Based on the relevant research and the compartmentalization of corporation's technology innovation, this paper, firstly, divided the activities of enterprise's knowledge management into six phases, including knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration, knowledge sharing, knowledge application, knowledge innovation and knowledge protection in sequence, and also divided the corporation capacity of technology innovation into three dimensions, innovative decision-making ability, research and development ability, and technology management ability, and further discussed the function of knowledge management in different stages of CTI. And secondly, we conducted an empirical research of the relationship of KM and the CTI, based on the foundation of theoretical research. The empirical research findings show that the most contribution to the innovative decision-making ability are Knowledge Acquisition and Knowledge Integration; and the research and development ability are knowledge innovation and knowledge sharing; and the technology management ability are knowledge application and knowledge protection. Through the empirical analysis of data, we, based on the KM, designed the CTI ability model. And at last, integrated with our research conclusion and the system of corporation knowledge management, we constructed the KMS model of improving the capacity of corporation's technology innovation system, by divided the KM into three components, human capital, knowledge assets and technic platform.
