With the acceleration of reform and open policy, enterprises in China are faced with more and more indefinite competitive environment. The technology innovation which is a power of enterprises is the fountainhead of enterprise to form the continually competitive advantage. The present appraisal target systems of enterprise technology innovation are insufficiently consummates. It is not comprehensive of the targets not to involve the customer knowledge. Enterprise technology innovation can be in an impregnable position in the market only when customer demand is satisfied ceaseless. Therefore, this thesis embarks from the customer's demand, studies enterprise technology innovation system based on the customer knowledge management, and provides the basis for enterprise innovation management.The thesis divides into six parts: The first part is an introduction, introduced the paper writing background, the significance, the present research situation and so on; The second part is the elementary theory, summarizes the correlation theories of customer knowledge management and the technology innovation; The third part found the lag reason of enterprise technology innovation through the analysis of enterprise technology innovation present situation in China and the international comparison; The fourth part and the fifth part is the key point of this thesis, the fourth part explains the interaction relations of customer demand and the enterprise technology innovation, as well as the function of customer knowledge management in the enterprise technology innovation, then constructs the process model of enterprise technology innovation based on the customer knowledge management, and carries on the concrete analysis to each link; The fifth part constructs target system of enterprise technology innovation ability based on the customer knowledge management through the analysis of existing target systems, and carries on the appraisal using the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy synthesis judgment; The sixth part gives several countermeasures of the establishment of enterprise technology innovation system based on customer knowledge management from the system and the machine-made aspect. Maybe the thesis is significant to research of applying customer knowledge management in technology innovation and helpful to promote core competitiveness of China enterprise.
