With the developing of urbanization, more and more people are tired of the accelerating pace of urban life and increasing pollution, more eager to escape from the city and close to nature, so the rise of tourism. But for most people, the limited leisure time and income is insufficient to support their long-distance travel, so rural tourism as an inevitable choice. This research, based on the perspective of tourists, studied the evaluation of rural tourism.In this study, starting from basic research, the author analyzed and defined tourism and rural tourism development process and related concepts. Then the author analyzed the domestic and international research status of rural tourism, and find out the shortcomings of existing research. The author pointed out that the perspective of existing research mainly from the perspective of business operators or managers to study the mode of launching rural tourism, management style and the possible impact to provide convenience for the development of relevant policies, and articles from the tourist point is not much see no depth.The third part describes the model of customer perceived service quality concepts and content. On this basis, combined with suburban travel related content the author presented the "tourism environment quality evaluation model based on visitor perception" in the fourth part, and divided the evaluation model into four dimensions, and proposed evaluation factor.In Part V the author using the model to an empirical research of Tanzhesi scenic, Mentougou. The study found that visitors considered the regional environmental quality perception of Tanzhesi is the best, followed by regional conditions and development current situation, the lowest is the management level of perception. On this basis, the sixth part of the proposed improvement measures for the development of rural tourism.
