In the information age,the fast-paced lifestyle and overload of information input put people in a state of excessive attention,and people need to travel to release and relieve the pressure of daily life;The reform of the national health system and the comprehensive popularization of medical concepts have made people pay more attention to their own health,and the modern concept of health attaches importance to both “treating the disease”and “treating the disease before it happens”;In recent years,the impact of the new pneumonia epidemic,the isolation of the masses at home,avoiding contact with the public and maintaining social distance at all times have increased the physical and mental stress of people.In this environment,the market’s dual demand for health and tourism has driven the booming development of the wellness tourism industry with physical and mental recovery and health effects.In addition,various tourist destinations,as typical restorative environment,have outstanding physical and mental restorative effects,and the study of tourists’ perception of restorative environments has gradually become one of the hot spots for scholars in various fields.In view of this,the study focuses on the path of tourist perception of restorative environment on positive emotion,satisfaction and loyalty,and takes Xinzhou City,Shanxi Province,a hot spring recreation tourism destination,as a case study.Based on restorative environment theories and the model of S-O-R.To explore the effect of environmental perception(S)and positive emotion on tourism satisfaction(O),and the influence on tourist loyalty(R).Based on the combing of relevant literature,the research hypothesis of this paper is proposed;Quantitative analysis is based on questionnaire and collected data,mainly including: descriptive statistical analysis,survey bias test,reliability analysis of all sample data through SPSS26.0;Then all sample data are divided into two according to the odd and even number of questionnaire serial numbers.Reliability and validity analysis and exploratory factor analysis was performed on sample one using SPSS26.0,and validation factor analysis was performed on sample two using AMOS24.0;Structural equation model testing was performed using AMOS24.0,and the test of mediation effect was performed using SPSS PROCESS v3.3 by Andrew F.Hayes.Than variance analysis was performed using SPSS26.0.The results show that:(1)the four dimensions of restorative environmental perception: “being away,extent,fascination and compatibility” all have significant effects on tourists’ positive emotions;(2)the dimensions of “being away,extent and compatibility” of restorative environmental perception directly have significant effects on tourism satisfaction,while “fascination” does not have directly effects on tourism satisfaction;(3)in the test of mediation effect,four dimensions of “being away,extent,fascination and compatibility” all affect tourism satisfaction through positive emotion;(4)positive emotion directly has significant effect on tourism satisfaction;(5)tourism satisfaction directly has significant effect on tourist loyalty;(6)the results of the analysis of variance indicate that the difference in the degree of knowledge about hot spring wellness tourism affects the perception of recovery.The conclusion section of the article proposes management insights for promoting the sustainable development of the hot spring wellness tourism industry in Xinzhou City in response to the findings of the study,with a view to contributing to the development of tourism in Shanxi Province and realizing the practical significance of this study. |
