Chinese SMEs in the national economy plays a decisive role. Stand the perspective of small and medium enterprises, human resource management as one of the important issues hinder its development, need to be properly addressed. Human resource management outsourcing cost savings for small and medium enterprise, improve efficiency, providing professional human resources management services. However, SMEs face of this new human resource management model, how to identify the necessity and feasibility? How to implement the human resource management outsourcing? How to choose their human resource management model? These are problems to be solved. Based on the SME human resource management outsourcing model research, attempting to provide the strategy for small and medium companies.In this paper, small and medium enterprises as the research object, whether to make its human resource management outsourcing, outsourcing in which the mode solutions. First, review and organize human resources outsourcing theory and literature. And go to the core of this article, on the basis of the content in front of the paper, investigate and analyze the status of human resource management outsourcing by a questionnaire survey of SMEs in China. Then through the use of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principles of human resource management outsourcing for SMEs to choose whether the choice of outsourcing and the outsourcing model, combined with a specific case-Chen Yu Group's, research methods, decision-making strategies and model selection process in this article applied to the human resource management outsourcing of this company. Finally, assess risk of small and medium enterprises in human resource management outsourcing decision-making and model selection process, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions, and pointed out the direction of future research.
