Core Enterprise Knowledge Flows Based On Supply Chain Optimization Study

Coming with the knowledge economy and more intense competition among supply chains, how to consolidate the core competitiveness of the supply chain become an important mission to Business community and academe. The tendency must guide the supply chain research into a field of overlapped multi-subject inevitably. The integration and colligation of knowledge management and supply chain management will be the foundation of the paper. Considering the leading role of the core enterprise in supple chain, this paper sets the core enterprise as the beginning of the research, and optimization of the knowledge flowing path as the target of the study, in order to explore a new way to promote the overall benefit of the supply chain.Most of the researches don't focus on knowledge transfer and value increment inside an enterprise but on then between enterprises. The papers which study on knowledge management in supply pay much attention to knowledge sharing but ignore the relationship about the chain.At the same time, the researches about knowledge chain only regard the relationship about chain but neglect the substance existing in it. In fact,the knowledge-flow go with knowledge chain all the time.First of all, after analyzing the background of modern social competitiveness and analyzing the characteristics of supply chain management and knowledge management, the paper raises a question about route optimization of the knowledge flow. Then the author chooses the core-enterprise as the standpoint and discusses the indispensable and feasibility about route optimization of the knowledge flow. Secondly, summarizing the researches about knowledge flow, knowledge chain and knowledge transfer, this paper builds a concept model of knowledge flow path on the base of supply chain core enterprise and an appraisal system about knowledge transfer cost facts. Then author builds the concept of knowledge flow efficiency, and uses it to optimize the knowledge flow path. Thirdly, author gave two examples to validate feasibility of model. Both of them confirmed the feasibility.Finally, is the paper has shortage and prospect. There may be some shortages and regrets in this paper which need further research.
