Research On Evaluation Of Knowledge Flow Effectiveness In Supply Chain Core Enterprise

This paper constructs the evaluation system of supply chain knowledge flow effects and using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation assessed the core of enterprise supply chain knowledge flow effects. On the basis of previous research we studied the relationship between supply chain knowledge flows and supply chain cost-core businesses, further elaborated the purpose and effect of the supply chain knowledge flow.With the social development and economic development, China after nearly 40 years of reform and opening up has become the world’s largest economy, the world’s manufacturing plant. The latest data show that China’s economic growth rate was 7 percent lower, to keep China’s economic growth rate for China’s founding 100 years to reach the level of moderately developed countries in life, so Chinese enterprises should start from this crucial period, taking advantage of deepening reform opportunity continues to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, service levels and innovation efforts. Competition among enterprises is no longer a competition but a business enterprise where the supply chain, competition, rapid response capability to fight, standardized operation and operation of Internet marketing ideas and innovative management system. The competitiveness of enterprises fully to competition of the supply chain, supply chain competition to reflect many aspects, the most important is the supply chain management knowledge flow. We can make each node enterprises to establish a mechanism for communication and coordination through supply chain management knowledge flow, and increase understanding.Through paper study, based on surveys and related consulting experts, the supply chain can effect the flow of knowledge from three aspects to reflect their company’s overall supply chain service level, the core competitiveness of enterprises and innovation are the core business. Ability of supply chain enterprise’s overall level of service, mainly from standardization, respond quickly to market, product and pass rate, information technology assessment of these areas. Core competitiveness of enterprises mainly to evaluate the market share, industry position and profitability. Ability to innovate core business is mainly from the patent growth, innovation and marketing innovation management system to reflect. In this paper, based on these indicators established evaluation system of supply chain knowledge flow effects of weight determination using the analytic hierarchy process for each of the indicators right, then right to reuse evaluation studies based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, using both methods to make research findings more objective and true.Finally, the case study to find out the relationship between supply chain knowledge flow effects and overall level of service, the core competitiveness of enterprises, the core enterprise innovation supply chains, in order to make the supply chain knowledge flow effects in a positive direction to provide a reliable solution to program.
