Knowledge has been the critical resource for competition in the era of knowledge economy. Continuous innovation is the basic approach for enterprises keeping competitive advantages in an uncertain market environment. The ability and efficiency of knowledge innovation has the decisive effect on the enterprise sustained development. On the condition of uncertainty, it is important strategy for enterprise to acquire the new knowledge, integrate knowledge and improve itself knowledge level by knowledge innovation in the supply chain. Enterprises in the supply chain must decide to how to allocate knowledge resource to knowledge innovation under the premise of maximizing their own interests, which has been a key factor that restricted the benefits of supply chain knowledge innovation.This paper is based on the background and the analysis of relevant articles from home and abroad. Firstly, the mobility of knowledge in the supply chain is analyzed. At the same time, on the construction of the supply chain knowledge innovation model, analyzing the process of supply chain knowledge innovation from the two levels of members and supply chain. Secondly, the knowledge resource decision problems which are in the knowledge innovation in the supply chain system are studied. Creating a supplier and a manufacturer's knowledge decision model, as well as many suppliers and a manufacturer's knowledge decision model, which are demonstrated that the condition for knowledge innovation in the supply chain, obtains the influence to knowledge innovation participation rate and knowledge inputs resulting from the factors such as manufacturers and suppliers marginal rate, manufacturers and suppliers new knowledge acquire rate. In addition to new knowledge acquire rate, not only widened the restricted condition for knowledge innovation in the supply chain, but also increase the participation rate of the enterprises in the supply chain. After the knowledge inputs been calculated, it's introduced into the model of supplier cooperation mechanism. The participation of suppliers enhances the supplier's affordability of demand flexible, makes the suppliers prefer to choose the strategy of committed wholesale price, which incentives the knowledge innovation in the supply chain.There are not only most important theoretical significances but also practicalsignificance in this paper. The idea in the paper is a development in the relevant field and also provides theoretical guidance for practical enterprises to implement knowledge innovation in the supply chain.
