The Research On Implement Of Knowledge Management In Supply Chain

Over hundreds of years, the world economy has gone through the turning from agricultural economy to industrial economy, after it turn to be 21 century, knowledge has become the most valuable resource, the knowledge economy has changed the mode of the world economy. It can be described as follows: promoting manufacture mode reform, inducing the organization structure reform, causing the mode of supply chain management change continuously, paying more attention for the people in the corporation and sending their knowledge to other, etc. As a advanced management method, knowledge management has been used widely in the foreign corporations. After our country entered WTO, a lot of famous foreign companies have speeded up the pace to enter into our country. Our own companies are facing a harder and harder condition.
