The Optimal Supply Chain Performance Management And Collaborative Model

Logistics industry is an important developing component of our national economy,whose core is optimization of logistics resources to reduce the total logistics cost maximallyfor promoting the healthy development of economy. Supply chain management with thecharacter of the logistics management takes advantage of all kinds of logistic methodsto fulfill the e?ective transfer of logistic resource, which meet the needs of supply chainnormal operation and also keep the minimal logistic costs, the highest customer servicelevels and maximal profits. The core of supply chain management is to find the bestbalance point among the optimal total costs, the minimal warehouses, the shortest totalperiod and the optimal logistics quality to optimize the supply chain performance. Basedon supply chain management theory, optimization theory, decision-making theory, gametheory and the theory of inventory management with consideration of relationship ofsuppliers and customers, we study the optimal decision-making of supply chain storage incase of random change of relationship between suppliers and customers. In the other way,the basic idea of the supply chain management is that it is possible to avoid or reducemuch more delay or waste if the supply chain is considered as a whole operation and to bemanaged collaboratively and also it is possible to increase the much value with less timeand less total costs. Based on this idea, we study the supply chain collaborative analysismodel under consideration of contract operation.
