With the development of Logistics and scientific meticulous management, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is facing an unprecedented opportunity. Different types of tags are playing an increasingly important role in different areas.A large number of low-cost radio frequency identification tags are needed in Scientific and standardized breeding and wildlife protection areas. Low-frequency passive tag has the most competitive advantage in this area. First, low-frequency tags can be OK in a variety of harsh working environment. They almost would not be affected by Temperature Humidity Obstacle and so on. Second, passive tags do not need power supply, can be made in a very small size, have a very long service life.As animal ID, they can be putted into the animal skin. It is perfect for the connection between tags and animals. For these advantages, we decide to design a low-frequency animal idenctification tag which can be read and write. The tag will be introduced mainly from the following three aspects:Firstly, we should study the working principle of the RF analog circuit. According to the special needs, we design each module to achieve our requirements. We all have achieved good performance in filter rectifier circuit, limit-voltage protection circuit, modulation and demodulation circuit and clock generation circuit and so on. RF analog modules designed provides an important guarantee for the stability of the entire chip. It's the most important condition for the tag working correctly.Secondly, we need to complete a variety of digital control part of the logic control, state timing distribution for the the different content of communications between reader and tag. Digital control part of the entire chip as tage's central nervous system is most important. In the part, we finish the Initial Configuration of the chip, Command Processing, Different Features Selection, Data Validation and Password Authentication and so on. This section allows us to achieve the core of chip features. Finally, for the requirement of data storage, we design a 512 bit memory array. As information storage media, the module and the digital part of the chip achieve the data exchange between the chip and reader,Under the agreement 11784/11785, we design a low-frequency read and write animal identification tag. The tag has a variety of configuration options for the different types of reader. The different resonant frequency, data rate and encoding configuration can be well applied in many different areas. Low-cost, low-power, read and write all be reflected, guaranteeing a wide range of application prospects.
