Station Design And Research On Mine Personnel Positioning System Based On Zigbee

Owing to bad Environment in the mine, mine production safety has been of great concern. If underground staff are achieved correct track and positioning, the ground control center are able to master the location of underground personnel at any time, keeping in touch and achieving staff scheduling, which for improving the production safety and work efficiency are of great significance.This paper elucidate the characteristics of wireless sensor networks, applications and current status of research at home and abroad, and introduce the ZigBee protocol the structure and function of standard layers, and demonstrate ZigBee technology feasibility of communications for mine, and build wireless sensor networks based on ZigBee technology, design mine personnel positioning system.Firstly, the paper introduce the mine personnel positioning status of development at home and abroad, combined with the structure and characteristics of ZigBee technology, demonstrated the feasibility of the mine personnel positioning based on ZigBee technology application. The paper simply elaborated triangulation measurement method, trilateration measurement method, mass cancroid localization algorithm, TOA measurement localization, RSSI localization and clustering algorithm and so on algorithms. The paper select RSSI localization combined with clustering algorithm, which has a crucial role for mine personnel positioning accuracy.Secondly, referencing mobile self-organizing networks and clustering algorithms, Cluster protocol is used to ensure the reliability of sensor network communications and prevent the signal conflicts. Taking into account the special mine circumstances, mainly complete Cluster protocol specific design, and use simulation tools for simulation experiment.Finally, carry on communication node hardware design and software implementation, access node and mobile node form the most basic of communication station, discussed the master chip and communication module interface design and communications programming.
