As the continuous development of on-the-job training of China Post Group, the status and role of the training management is becoming more and more important. With the increasing amount of the information in the training management, the requirements for the information processing have also improved. In order to facilitate the training management work, to enhance the work efficiency and to improve the level of policy decision, it must strengthen the informationization construction of the training management.This paper takes the training business of SJZ Post & Telecommunication Technical College as an example, it centers on the implementation of the training management information system program to discuss the module of the training management and the existing problems of China Post Group and to put forward the necessity for this program construction. On the basis of the detail analysis of the training business process of SJZ Post & Telecommunication Technical College, the paper brings up the design description for the training management information system. And it focuses on the needs analysis and the design of the training management module in the development process, explains the train of thoughts, module, characters and steps in detail.The training management information system has taken a test run in SJZ Post & Telecommunication Technical College. It has successfully passed the test and achieved good results. The system meets the requirements of training business process, and receives the high praise from the users. It is a more practical management software in the training management for the training centers of the large enterprise groups.
