With the intelligent, information-based continuous development of embedded technology, embedded system have penetrated into every aspect of daily life. Automatic cut Plotting System, as a kind of intelligent CNC machining equipment, have been played an increasingly important role in industrial production, materials processing, manufacture of handicrafts and so on. The traditional CNC cutting painting equipment depend on the processing power of personal computer, which is taking joint control with the PC. Or a painted cut control system based on single chip, the function simple and available resources is limited, its accuracy, efficiency and degree of automation is difficult to meet the requirements.This topic will be combine embedded technology with CNC cutting technology to develop the automatic cut painted control system based on embedded systems. The system is based AMR7 micro-controller chip LPC2138 andμC/OS-II real-time operating system platform. It is with the characteristics of real-time, open and intelligent. System can be working independent of the PC and complete a more complex automatic cutting operation. The LCD display and a combination of buttons provide users with a good interactive mode of operation to choice a variety of automatic segmentation mode. The system also provides communication interfaces with the PC. Its use the powerful data processing capabilities of PC to complete more complex control, and software updated and upgraded.This paper introduces the hardware and software of the control system. The hardware Section describes the power control circuits, LCD interface circuit, solenoid driver circuit, stepping motor drive circuit and others external circuit of the control system and analysis of the characteristics of each circuit, the design experience is summarized. TheμC/OS-II real time operation system is the core of the software components. It is used multi-task design method. The paper introduces emphasis on the two-dimensional plane, straight lines and circular interpolation algorithm. It is simple, efficient and practical. It has achieved good effects of cutting painted. In the software section also explore the nature of the proposed two kinds of cutting stock optimization algorithm, a divide-and self-government strategy is based on the greedy algorithm, the other is for the random length and width proportion pattern,which is based on the boundary list of the greedy algorithm. Two kinds of algorithm implementations are relatively simple, but more practical, are optimized to achieve a more satisfactory result.Finally, this paper presents the control system design deficiencies, and the system needs to improve areas. It points out researching direction in the future.
