The Research On Oa Model Of National Collegial Sic-tech Journals

As the technology of Internet developed rapidly, traditional model of publishing is embodying less and less superiority during the age of Internet. At this moment, the most pressing issue on domestic collegial sic-tech journals is that how to explode existent abuses and gain the new development. Obviously, adopting Open Access Publishing on collegial journals is one of the most potential models. OA Publishing is a kind of publishing mechanism based on free academic transmission, which destroy the traditional publishing barrier of charging readers. The dissertation is about that OA Publishing model to domestic collegial sic-tech journals, and makes the scientific researches on these aspects:(1)Introducing the signification about OA Publishing in detail. Among the introduction, the dissertation is including international common signification of OA and the OA developing history on abroad.(2)Through analyzing the investigations, the dissertation gets the updated status about domestic collegial sic-tech journals. Moreover, based on the analyses, the author took the prospective study on every factor about collegial sic-tech journals, and gave some advices about OA Publishing macroscopic environment.As to domestic sic-tech journals, OA Publishing model is just like a newcomer..From the point of view of collegial sic-tech journals, OA Publishing model will not replace the traditional publishing model totally, but will become a very compensative model. The OA Publishing model is still in a certain condition of sprouting now, therefore, who applies the OA Publishing model who will occupy the highest point on the learning mountain.
