Since the reform of the cultural system in 2003,the traditional press and publication industry has grown rapidly.As a result,the news and publishing industry financing system is no longer a planned economic system,but has been transformed into a market economic system.At the same time,it is regulated by the government and the market,and investors at home and abroad can invest.But so far,there are still many problems in the financing system of the news publishing industry,such as a single level,a narrow scope,and insufficient openness.Throughout the development of Western cultural industries,the development of intellectual property securitization in developed capital markets and cultural industries has alleviated the difficulty of financing in a certain degree.The lessons and mature models in the evolution of intellectual property rights in the west provide useful lessons for China to promote IP securitization The supporting system for intellectual property securitization is still not perfect in China.,so far,China has not achieved a large scope of intellectual property securitization..In the face of China's specific national conditions,China has also attempted IP securitization.Based on the current situation of publishing industry financing,the case study method was used to study the IP securitization of S company.Firstly,it introduces the current situation of financing in the publishing industry,points out that the publishing industry needs the expansion of new financing channels.It is confirmed the feasibility of IP Securitization in China's Publishing Industry through the introduction of IP securitization cases at home and abroad,national policy support for IP securitization and China's basic conditions for IP securitization Secondly,on the basis of comparing several different IP securitization models,it was selected that the trading model of the convertible debts.Third,the value evaluation system in the process of securitization is mainly studied.It is adopted that the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.It has obtained a fairer evaluation value and played an effective role in promoting the transaction.Fourthly,it introduced the effectiveness and enlightenment of S company's IP securitization transaction.Finally,Point out the existing problems of the company in the current IP securitization,and put forward policy recommendations.Through research,this paper believes that enterprises have good intellectual property resources,through reasonable improvement of intellectual property assets of different projects,to achieve rating standards,and at the same time apply appropriate value assessment models to evaluate the value of the assets.then,the two sides reached an agreement,and then solve the financing difficulties of enterprises,so intellectual property securitization effectively broadens corporate financing channels,and enhance the brand awareness and market share of the company;enterprises should increase the intensity of intellectual property protection and securitization transactions,so that intellectual property securitization transaction prices and profitability can be rationalized;there are still some problems in the process of intellectual property securitization in the publishing industry,it should be highly valued by the government and enterprises.
