| The civil air defence alarm is an important component of the antiaircraft system in the city, and important war preparedness facilities. It is used for predicting disaster or reporting exigencies at ordinary times of combating a natural disaster or accident, and used for civil air defence in wartime, and it is a basic means for the people's governments of all levels implementing the civil air defence and organizing personnel evacuating.The research of this subject launches on the basis of the project of "civil air defence alarm wireless remote control system in Qingdao", and its emphasis is to research an alarm control system of civil air defence, which is visual on the basis of GIS, and able to group the networks intellectually, thus it can raise the practicability, efficiency and dependability. This text has analyzed the current situation of the alarm control system of people's air defence, and made further investigation of the relevant technology of the subject. Overall functions and structure of the alarm control system of civil air defence was provided. The key technologies involved in realizing the system have been studied. Software of intellectual alarm control system of civil air defence based on GIS was developed.The characteristics of the alarm control system of civil air defence designed in this text include: the MapX map was imbed, a geographical information system of alarms was set up, the alarms were managed visually, a good man-machine interface was offered to users, and usability of the system was strengthened. A new means of grouping networks by setting-up relays automatically based on the geographical position of the alarms, signal intensity and error rate was realized, and the efficiency of grouping networks of the system and the dependability of communication was raised. |
