As the most fundamental and most important network model, the bidirectional wireless relay network will deploy a relay node to assist the end to end data transmission, when the two terminals are far away from each other or the quality of channel between them is poor. Nowadays, this model has been widely and deeply researched. But it can be found resource waste and bandwidth utilization rate decrease when using the recent data exchange scheme in this model.As a grate breakthrough in communication field, Network coding changes the traditional relay cooperative communication scheme-store and forward. Instead, it adopts coding and decoding operation of information flow, so as to increase the throughput of network. In multi-cast network, by effectively utilizing all the network links, Network Coding realizes load balancing.This paper focuses on the research of cooperative communication and application of bidirectional wireless relay network.1. Based on the broadcasting strategies of wireless communication system, Network coding will be applied into bidirectional wireless relay network. By adopting Automatic Repeat-reQuest protocol, a Network Coding based cooperation strategy which can significantly improve the network throughput will be proposed.2. Selective retransmission Network Coding based cooperation strategy will be proposed to focus on the high transmission delay cased by adopting Network Coding. This strategy can increase the throughput of network, and also decrease transmission delay.Besides, the paper verifies the performance of proposed strategies in theoretical analysis and simulation. |
