The civil air defense alarm system, as an important part of civil air defense, is a basic means, use of which government and department of civil defense quickly and exactly transmit antiaircraft alarm signals. In times of peace, civil air defense alarm system takes charge of againsting and recuing disaster, while aprizing the situation of a disaster. In times of war, it is used to send anti-aircraft alarm signals and transfer various air attack information to the popedom. The civil air defense devices tend to EC controlled, interactive, survivable, and intelligentize.In the dissertation, the new type electro-acousticl alarm controller on arm is designed based on the information-interactive civil air defense alarm system. The main functions of the controller are to receive the alarm command from the control center, to drive the electro-acoustic alarm, to gather the field alarm information (including the service voltage, local temperature, local voice), to process, store and send back the information, When the system take places malfunction, the terminal will analyze and transmit the reasons of troubles to the control center to achieve the intelligentize control.This paper deals with the design of the alarm control terminal and analyzes some design schemes, and the hardware system is realized according to the best scheme. The author selects the SAMSUNG S3C2410A based on ARM9 core as the system microprocessor. The corresponding peripheral circuits are designed, such as the serial port. SD card interface, LCD display, key-press, debugging interface, etc. As to the communication, the special wireless communication network is created based on the SA68D21 wireless data communication module from JAMMY Company. The Audio Decoder processes the files of MP3 formats. In the software design of the MPU (Main Processing Unit), the embedded Operating System Windows CE is transplanted and the C、C++language used. At last, the describes the meaning of test and diagnosis of terminal malfunctions, and the research content in the field of control system briefly, which makes the theoretical preparation for the future more in-depth research.
