The function of the load simulator is to simulate aerodynamic torque load spectrum which aircraft control surfaces gets in flight process of aircraft under the ground laboratory conditions, which is an important experimental equipment of flight control system hardware in the loop simulation. In the load simulator system, loading is generally divided into mechanical loading, electro-hydraulic loading and electric loading, simulators involves in this dissertation is of electro hydraulic loading form. The advantages of electro hydrauiic loading are compact structure, high power weight ratio, high precision and quick response, the disadvantage is the existence of large position disturbance force affecting the system loading precision.Aiming at inhibiting the disturbance caused by position force in load simulation system, simulation test bench for hydraulic loading is built to reproduce position disturbance force in load simulator. The development of robust controller of hydraulic loading system, with observing the situation of position disturbance force inhibition, provides reference for inhibiting position disturbance force in load simulator by.By summarizing the developing status of the load simulator at home and abroad, as well as the domestic and foreign scholars on the inhibiting position disturbance force method, according to the structure and motion characteristics of loading force system with passive loading, this dissertation determines the main research content and targe of hydraulic loading simulation system.Based on the working principle of hydraulic load simulation experiment bench, the model has been built. The time domain and frequency domain simulation and research of loaded system and loading force system in conducted under both active load and passive load situations. In-depth analysis of generating mechanism of position disturbance force, simulation and research according to the position disturbance force and its influencing factors were carried out.According to the robust control theory, the H. mixed sensitivity robust controller is designed, by using MATLAB software, with the open-loop transfer function from the known system and the selected weighting function, the controller K is solved and been carried on research of inhibiting the interference force simulation.The robust controller is realized by industrial control computer, data acquisition card and other equipment. and the system with added robust controller system is performed to study the passive loading test, based on the position disturbance force experimental data, the robust controller on inhibiting interference force can be verified.
