In the 21 st century, with the rapid development of industry and progress of science and technology of the people’s Republic of China, the copper pipe as a common material has been widely used in aviation, navigation, national defense and other important areas, so the production specifications, models, quality index has a strict requirements, especially the pipe quality on the development of each industry plays an important role. Therefore, how to detect the quality of the pipe is up to the standard, and it has become a serious challenge for enterprises and their related fields. At present, industry recognition detection method is the hydraulic pressure test, by hydraulic testing machine of copper material for hydraulic pressure test can be found the existence of quality defects, to be improved, to ensure the quality of the copper material manufactured.
