Data acquisition and the signal processing technology are now already the more and more widespread application each domain which moved to the humanity. The multi-channel parallel data acquisition system takes an important part in the apparatus and instrument, as well as in detecting signals. At present, kinds of products have already existed in the markets, but most of them have defects in the real-time property, synchronism and etc. To solve these problems, the improvement and realization are given in the paper.The multi-channel parallel data acquisition system which is based on DSP TMS320VC33 designed in the paper is a high precise data sampling and signal processing system. The design ideas of the whole system and the design methods of the hardware and software of the system, together with the structure and function of the main components have been discussed in detail. The design of hardware circuit has been completed and the debugging result of the data processing platform has been given. The system takes TMS320VC33 as a core processor, with the Complex Programmable Logic Device-CPLD implementing the logic control of the peripherals of the DSP. And analog modules have been designed in this thesis.In the DSP software programme, the thesis accomplished the multi-channel data acquisition algorithm on the DSP TMS320VC33. The thesis accomplished correlation operation on acquisitioning data by signal processing algorithm which improve the precision of signal processing of multi-channel.The implementation of this signal processing platform will provide a useful and credible instrument for multi-channel synchronous data acquisition. It is very easy to extend by demand, so it has general application value. The system has wide application foreground in the fields of industrial control, communication and electronic system, and signal detection and processing.
