Many years ago, people hope that we can communicate with environment by the signal of our brain activity and achieve the relative control. Brain-computer interface is a new fashion interface in the field of Neural Engineering which has been developing these years . It is a communication channel connecting the brain to a computer or other electronic device. In the study of BCI, the key technology is how to identify the purposes of people from the brain signals. So a system was established to study the brain-computer interface based on animal experiments, collect and analyze the signals related to the special behavior of the mouse.In order to study the motor cortex in control the animal's foreleg, we implant the microelectrode in the rat's motor cortex, then using image and circuit systems to record its behaviors and brain activities ,and use LabVIEW to analyze the local field potential and the spikes. This system provides the technology to research the relativity of the behavior and the brain activity. The result indicated that: LFP and extracellular discharge occurred most often before movement onset and were much less evident during motor actions, then diminishing and ceasing substantially around movement.This disquisition designs the system to record and analyze the rat's brain signals, mainly include three parts:(l) collect the brain signals,the analog front end and simple filters;(2) the design of PSoC to achieve PGA,ADC and UART .Using this module can minish the cubage of the PCB. (3) In the computer, we use LabVIEW to display and denoise the brain signals.
