The Application And Research On Heterogeneous Database Access And Integration Model

With the development of information industry and communications technology, enterprises have built many multiple heterogeneous information systems in the process of building information. In order to solve database integration and sharing for data of the heterogeneous databases in network environment, and use these resources more effectively, it is necessary to integrate and access these resources in a unified platform.At present, in our country and abroad, there are already exist some technology for heterogeneous data integration and access. Generally speaking, it exists many deficiencies in supporting of heterogeneous data sources' interoperability, the users' query and so on, they can not fully meet the needs of the users'access. In order to solve database access requirements in the multi-user environment, this paper uses XML, middleware, and other related areas as research background,studies the theory of heterogeneous data integration which includes the existing methods of data integration, XML technology etc, based on XML and JavaBean, provides a middleware model of heterogeneous database integration based on XML and database connection pool by using the idea of modular design.Firstly,this paper summaries the technology which are mainly related to current heterogeneous database integration and access comprehensively, researches and studies the database access methods and integration technology,the characteristics of the current methods and shortcomings were discussed, and thinks it is necessary to improve heterogeneous database access and integration techno logy;secondly, analysis the advantages of the middleware and the XML technologies in the integrated system and the mapping problem between relational databases and XML, summaries the key issues and the key technology what should be sloved in the data integration, designs an information integration model which has database management functions with global access,in this model, designed interpreter, dispatcher, integrator used for data format change, data decomposition and data combination, and describes the important technologies of realizing process;then, uses the idea of modular design,this paper designs and describes the function of each sub-module of the middleware and defines the key modules, through an application case, describes in detail the use process of heterogeneous database integration system;finally, explores the security of database access middleware, and put forward my own views of the research for data integration and development in the cloud database.To further enhance the safety and the efficiency of database access,this paper introduces the exception handling mechanism and the database connection pool technology,this model realizes the transparent access and joint inquiry for distributed heterogeneous database.As a "plug and play "middleware components, the model can shield the heterogeneity between the database,and establish an efficient connection between the heterogeneous database system.
