Freedom Of The Press With Gradual Progress Or Radical Progress

In recent years, a lot of nations in the world have established the freedom of the press, which ended the policy of the press under the influence of feudal ideology. Beacause of some differences on politics, economy, culture and history, the progress of establishing the freedom of the press isn not same,among the nations where the press has enjoyed the freedom. However ,it does not mean there is no inherent laws of the progress of the freedom of the press. In this paper, the opinion may be the first in the educational circles. And there are four types : Gradual Progress , Radical Progress , Radical—Repeated Progress,Gradual besides Radica Progress.Including introduction of this paper, the whole paper is divided into five chapters.In the second chapter, there is the definition of " freedom of the press with gradual progress " , and then it is to as an example that the development of freedom of the press in the United Kingdom experienced more than two hundred years, for discussesing the specific characteristics of the progressive model. In the third chapter, there is the definition of " freedom of the press with radical progress ", and then it is to as an example that the constitutional guarantees of freedom of the press be achieved radically after United States War of Independence, for discussesing the specific characteristics of the radical model.In the forth chapter, there is the description of"radical—repeated Progress", and then it is to as an example that Subversion of freedom of the press in France repeated due to political instability, for giving a detailed description of the characteristics of this modle.In the fivth chapter, there is the description of"gradual besides radica progress", and a discussion about specificity of this model ,to Japan and Mongolia as the examples.In the progress of the globalization of economy and information, the establishment of freedom of the press system is becoming an international trend, as ideas of democracy sweeping the world. So the significance lies not only in enriching laws of the development of freedom of the press, but also in providing theoretical reference in the progress of freedom of the press.
