The Design And Development Of College Educational Administration Management System On The Academic Year's Credit System

Educational administration management is the core task of management in school. The level and capability of educational administration management is a significant part of measuring the level of the administrative management of an institution. With the development of computer technology and Internet technology, the requirement of educational administration management for automatization, digitization and internetization is getting higher and higher.At the same time, university scales with the rapid expansion of the district's growing and the continuous reform of the educational system, higher education, a substantial increase in workload management of the Senate, its complexity is also growing, which makes the work of the University Academic Information Management and network it is imperative to develop highly efficient Web-based educational management system an urgent task. To enable the management of information of the Senate, standardization, and the management of the Senate to improve the efficiency, we have developed specifically for this school year college academic credit system management and the characteristics of the academic management system design. In Weifang University, tailored for the academic management system.This comprehensive system aims to provide service for administrative personnel, teaching staff,students and parents. Academic staff can complete their daily work through this system; all data related to students from the day they are enrolled to the day they depart can be dealt with by this system. They also can select courses and inquire about other information such as marks, merits, punishments. Teachers can look through curriculum arrangement and register marks.By doing so, we can solve the difficulties of information collection ,lagging of information feedback, information inaccuracy ,and set up an in time, accurate, overall and plenty information platform for teaching administration.The system is made up of the user management module, student management module, teachers information management module, teaching programme management module, curriculum management module, and performance management module, intelligent time-management module and module management classes and so on. This paper focuses on the teachers information management module, the student information management module, performance management module design and development.The design of system combines traditional C/S mode with popular B/S mode,with three layers system structures.The background database which Microsoft SQL server 2000 developed, and also being developed by C# as foreground exploring tool, the use of simple and flexible, data security and high reliability characteristics. The operating system will meet the requirements of the school year credit system, significantly reducing the burden on the Senate staff, improve work efficiency, and for teachers and students to provide a good enquiry service.
