Relative to the core network, access network is the edge of the whole telecom network. Lying between local exchanges and users, the major task of accessing network is to make users to have access to core network.Accessing network consists of a series of transmission equipments between SNI and UNI. This article summaries the problems that claims attention in deployment of broadband network on the basis of EPON accessing technology and promotes the development direction of accessing network in Yanqing,through planning design, as well as the analysis of construction implementation of broadband accessing network in Yanqing.After the introduction of reasons why Yanqing needs broadband network construction, the overall concept of the programming and design of broadband access network was presented firstly, on which the analysis of the BAN construction in urban and rural areas and the exploration of its developing direction are based. In the next place, it is confirmed that the optical access method will be dominant in the future,with the market of BAN and the FTTH access technology fully analyzed and introduced.It also elaborates every segments of constructing EPON accessing networks on the basis of FTTH service, on the aspects of constructing which includes users' investigation, network projection, project construction, network test and acceptance check. On one hand, it demonstrates the vantage of EPON accessing networks for dealing with the problems of bandwidth and the user's last mile. On the other hand, it finds the way of how to construct a cost-saving and sustainable developing wideband network quickly, and how to make it meet requirements of various services, from the point of developing networks.In the age in which information developed so fast and high bandwidth requirements appeared due to various services such as multimedia and IP, the technique of optical fiber connected to each user could meet the users'needs on bandwidth to the very extent. Of which PON technique can save the operator's cost on maintaining and operating mostly because of its small investment, easy maintenance and expanding, flexible structure. At the end, it generalizes the disadvantages of EPON technique and problems to be solved, and evaluates the quality of the network objectively through the evaluation on the segments of acceptance check, testing and opening services of Yanqing EPON network, thus it makes a reference for construction of accessing network of other areas.
